Super is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Content Creation product area, owning and shaping the long‑term vision and roadmap while leading cross‑functional game studios to drive growth, retention and monetisation at scale.

As a senior leader within the product org, you will influence the games millions of players engage with daily, balancing player delight with commercial performance and guiding AI‑driven workflows across the product development lifecycle.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in mobile or iGaming games development.
• Visionary and strategic leader with hands-on problem solving.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional game studios, aligning goals and timelines.
• Analytical mindset with data tools to drive decision-making and insights.
• Deep understanding of game mechanics, player behavior and live ops.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Content Creation, prioritising high-impact initiatives and owning core KPIs (ARPU, DAU, LTV, retention, monetisation).
• Lead cross-functional squads to deliver features that enhance player experience and commercial outcomes.
• Use AI tools to analyze data, build dashboards, prototype concepts, and stress-test new game ideas before development cycles.
• Drive GTM, Live Ops and marketing initiatives with local market stakeholders for regional relevance.
• Translate research, data analytics and market trends into opportunities and hypothesis-driven development with Research/Experimentation teams.
• Lead the Product Development Lifecycle end-to-end, manage the backlog and author PRDs, championing player-centric decisions.
• Coach and mentor other Product Managers and establish best practices within the department.
