Job summary

Kiwi.com is seeking a Staff Product Manager in Barcelona to own a deeply technical product scope spanning core logic, supplier integrations, and pricing algorithms. You will set vision, write specs, run experiments, and ship products end-to-end using AI agents to accelerate execution.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and commercial partners to ensure content quality, dynamic pricing, and robust system health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of end-to-end tech products with positive business outcomes.
• Significant experience as a technical Product Manager with data flows and experiments.
• Experience with data pipelines, API contracts, and system data exploration.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent orchestration and AI-assisted prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Guide products from discovery to launch, shaping vision and trade-offs.
• Understand data pipelines, API integrations, caching, and pricing algorithms.
• Partner with engineering to refine architecture and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate AI agents into workflows to accelerate prototyping and delivery.
• Co-create AI and ML initiatives to improve content quality and dynamic pricing.
• Align engineers, data scientists, and commercial teams around shared priorities.
• Mentor other product managers through discovery, metrics, and feedback.
• Communicate domain strategy clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
