Job summary

Shiji is a global technology partner for hospitality, offering AI-enabled platforms to hoteliers worldwide. We seek a hands-on Product Owner/Manager to bridge strategy and execution across AI Core and Daylight AI Assistant, owning backlogs, writing stories, and leading ceremonies.

You will collaborate with the Lead and Director to translate vision into delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. In Barcelona, you will join an international team in a central office, contributing to the AI

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in a technical/platform context.
• Ability to write precise story-level requirements and manage day-to-day delivery ceremonies.
• Strong track record translating strategy into delivery-ready work.
• Fluency with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management across parallel workstreams.
• Experience with APIs, platforms, integrations, and orchestration.
• Excellent written communication for precise acceptance criteria.
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management to balance two product lines.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into requirements for AI Core; create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define features for Daylight AI Assistant and shape delivery with the Lead.
• Own and groom backlogs for both product lines; make prioritization calls.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Clarify scope and intent for engineering; ensure delivery-ready stories.
• Collaborate with AI Enablement Lead to reflect strategy in delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies and communication across AI Core, Daylight, and internal teams.
