Job summary

Pixelz is hiring a Product Manager for its Barcelona-based hybrid team. You will own discovery and delivery for platform features, especially AI-generated content workflows, coordinating with engineering, design, art direction, and production operations across Barcelona and Vietnam.

You will contribute to internal AI initiatives, translate customer problems into actionable requirements, and drive prioritization with data, research, and market signals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Product Manager, owning products end to end from discovery to launch.
• Experience in fashion, e-commerce or AI.
• Genuine interest in AI for content generation and agentic workflows.
• Solid product discovery skills: stay in the problem space, ask good questions, and separate what people say from what they do.
• Familiarity with structured, hypothesis-driven methods built around working backward from the customer problem.
• Strong technical fluency: APIs and databases.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
• Humility to learn first.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery and definition for platform features, focusing on AI-generated content workflows and how they integrate with production.
• Build relationships with engineering, design, art direction, production and commercial teams.
• Contribute to internal AI initiatives and agentic workflows.
• Translate customer problems into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize using real inputs and explain tradeoffs.
• Understand AI content compliance (EU AI Act, provenance and watermarking standards).
• Work with engineering on backend and API features and discuss architecture and tradeoffs.
• Run the agile cadence and keep the team focused on the roadmap.
• Bring customer-centric thinking into every team you work with.
