Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group seeks a Senior Product Manager to own Hotel Reshopping, a post-booking hotel optimization product for global corporate programs. Based in Barcelona or London, with hybrid/remote options, you’ll shape strategy and drive cross-functional delivery.

You’ll partner across product, tech, and travel consultants to define roadmaps, measure impact, and scale automation and AI while maintaining auditability and delivering customer and business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning a product and roadmap end-to-end with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience building commercial models for new offerings and evolving them as products mature.
• Track record of increasing automation within a product and deciding which steps to automate.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the product strategy and communicate it across the business.
• Maintain informed view of post-booking cost optimization market to drive differentiated decisions.
• Facilitate ongoing research with stakeholders to inform strategy and roadmaps.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps and prioritized requirements for the Tech team.
• Build relationships across customers, partners, and leadership to align on objectives.
• Own and evolve the commercial model to maximize customer value and business outcomes.
• Shape global GTM and rollout sequencing, market by market.
• Identify opportunities to automate and apply AI enablement while ensuring auditability.
• Define and monitor savings metrics and methodology integrity.
• Support an inclusive, safe, and high-performing work environment.
