Lever, Inc. is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer - Sell Side Engine based in Spain. The role focuses on hands-on engineering to rebuild systems supporting origination, contracting, onboarding, and growth in a rapidly scaling energy technology environment.

You will own architecture decisions, work across pricing, data, billing, and risk platforms, and automate manual workflows to scale business categories, with autonomy and cross-team collaboration.

Formación

• Deep backend engineering and systems design experience.
• Proven track record delivering architecture-level decisions for complex, integration-heavy systems.
• Experience in energy/fintech or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture decisions for complex, integration-heavy systems.
• Design foundations connecting product initiatives with pricing, data, billing and other core platforms.
• Turn ambiguous problems into shippable technical plans within squad direction.
• Develop and launch new product categories and automated workflows.
• Build and test high-quality software across backend services; contribute to frontend when needed.
