Grafana Labs is recruiting a Staff Product Analyst to join the Product Analytics team and partner with the AI organization. You will shape how success is measured for AI features, define KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights to influence product decisions.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to build instrumentation, run experiments, and develop robust analytics for Grafana Assistant, Investigations, and Sigil.

Formación

• Experience partnering across product and engineering organizations, with familiarity in KPIs and frameworks (DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing).
• Experience defining and tracking success metrics for complex product areas, incl. AI-powered features/workflows.
• Proficient in SQL with ability to write complex, efficient queries.
• Data visualization experience with tools such as Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex, or Grafana.
• Experience writing dbt models and using Product Analytics tools (Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory) and version control (Git).
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to prototype and iterate across analysis, data modeling, and instrumentation.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product to establish KPIs, dashboards, and roadmap planning.
• Define how AI-powered experiences are measured (adoption, engagement, retention, outcomes).
• Instrument product data with Product Design/Management/Engineering for reliable analysis of AI features.
• Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments to assess AI capability impact.
• Develop dbt models to transform and test user behavior data with Analytics Engineering.
• Influence best practices for Product Analytics across teams as Grafana scales.
• Contribute to long-term vision and strategy for Product Analytics across the company.
