Grafana Labs is a remote-first company building AI-native data intelligence to empower AI agents with enterprise context. You’ll design and build core backend services for context ingestion, indexing, retrieval orchestration, and API access.

• Strong engineering skills with production‑grade software systems.
• Experience with AI technologies and practical GenAI applications.
• Cloud‑native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) experience.
• Familiarity with observability tools and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Build core backend services for context ingestion, indexing, retrieval orchestration, and API access.
• Create a scalable SaaS foundation with multi-tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, and audit logs.
• Develop agent-facing retrieval workflows and service interfaces for AI agents and internal tools.
• Collaborate across product and infrastructure to balance fast experimentation with long-term reliability.
• Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards; improve system reliability.
• Contribute to architecture, deployment patterns, and engineering practices for a new product area.
• Communicate effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment and own AI solutions end-to-end.
