Radian Arc is seeking a Staff Network Engineer to architect, deploy, and operate GPU networking fabrics powering AI workloads across global datacenters and edge deployments. You will own neural-network oriented network design, optimization, and reliability in a lean, international environment.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on implementation, covering RoCE/RDMA fabrics, data center routing, security, and inter-site connectivity. Remote collaboration across Europe is expected.

Formación

• Hands-on experience designing and operating large-scale datacenter networks with BGP/OSPF/ECMP/EVPN/VXLAN.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and operate AI fabric networks for distributed GPU workloads.
• Own Layer 2/3 architecture using BGP, ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN, OVS/OVN, and Linux networking.
• Lead security, edge connectivity, and gateway infrastructure design and operation.
• Design inter-datacenter networking with high-capacity WAN, DWDM, and redundancy.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from architecture through production rollout.
• Build automation and tooling to improve provisioning, monitoring, and reliability.
• Lead incident response and perform root-cause analysis for complex network events.
• Establish engineering standards and reusable patterns across teams.
