Global M Forward Deployed Engineer position is remote across European time zones and full-time, focusing on AI/data at the intersection with customers and product. You will build production solutions, AI agents, data pipelines, integrations, PoCs, and evaluation frameworks while working directly with enterprise clients.

• 5+ years of software/data/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python, SQL and data engineering skills.
• Either a Data Engineer with AI/agent experience or AI Engineer with strong data experience.
• Experience building and shipping production systems end-to-end.
• Understanding of AI evaluation and probabilistic systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
• Commercial mindset — focused on customer outcomes and ROI, not just technology.
