Front Door Defense is seeking a Senior AI Infrastructure & Platform Operations Engineer to own reliability and scaling of AI GPU infrastructure and Kubernetes platform operations. Location: Barcelona; remote in EU with eligibility.

You will lead technical operations, set reliability standards, drive automation, and shape the future of AI-powered operational services through platforms such as k0rdent AI. Strong focus on incidents, RCA, and platform improvements.

Formación

7+ years in infrastructure/Platform/SRE roles.
Expert Linux admin and troubleshooting skills.
Strong networking, Kubernetes production experience.
Experience with large-scale production infra and incidents.
Leadership in technical investigations and improvements.

Responsabilidades

Lead incident investigations for infrastructure, networking, and platform issues.
Escalate during critical service-impacting events.
Support NVIDIA GPU infra and high-performance networking environments.
Troubleshoot Linux, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and hardware issues.
Analyze performance and reliability trends; drive RCA actions.
Collaborate with vendors and data center teams on challenges.
Participate in major incident management and service restoration.
