Global M seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge AI, data and customers, building production solutions that solve real customer problems and help shape the core product.

You'll work across European time zones, spend about 40% with customers and 60% building the core product, developing AI agents, data pipelines, integrations, PoCs and evaluation frameworks while collaborating with enterprise clients.

Formación

• 5+ years of software/data/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python, SQL and data engineering skills.
• Data Engineer with AI/agent experience OR AI Engineer with data experience.
• Experience shipping production systems end-to-end.
• Understanding of AI evaluation and probabilistic systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
• Commercial mindset focused on customer outcomes and ROI.
• Typically spend around 40% with customers and 40% building the core product.
