Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to design, improve, and sustain robust manufacturing processes. You will optimize machining operations, drive cost-out initiatives, and strengthen capabilities while ensuring safe, stable production.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering and metalworking processes.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design, CAD, GD&T, CNC programming, and machining operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English for technical discussions.

Responsabilidades

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes for existing and future products.
  • Drive cost-out initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Support shop floor operations by troubleshooting machining issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering changes.
  • Develop and maintain engineering documentation, CNC programs, CAD models, and standards.

As our Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, improving, and sustaining robust manufacturing processes that support operational excellence and business growth. You will help optimize machining operations, drive cost-out initiatives, and strengthen manufacturing capabilities while ensuring safe, stable, and efficient production processes.

You’ll collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, and Advanced Manufacturing teams, taking ownership of process design, machining optimization, engineering documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping us move toward a moreefficient and innovative future.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designand optimize manufacturing processes for existing and future products, ensuring stability, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Drivecost-out initiatives and continuous improvement projects that increase productivity and add value to manufacturing operations.
  • Supportshop floor operations by troubleshooting machining and process-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to implement engineering changes, improve manufacturing systems, and align operational priorities.
  • Developand maintain engineering documentation, CNC programs, CAD models, and manufacturing standards to support process consistency and knowledge transfer.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree inMechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Proven experiencein manufacturing engineering and metalworking processes within industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge ofmechanical design, CAD software, GD&T, CNC programming, and machining operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively inEnglish, including technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and global teams.
  • A mindset ofcontinuous improvement, collaboration, customer focus, and results-driven problem solving.
