Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to design, improve, and sustain robust manufacturing processes. You will optimize machining operations, drive cost-out initiatives, and strengthen capabilities while ensuring safe, stable production.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering and metalworking processes.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design, CAD, GD&T, CNC programming, and machining operations.
Ability to communicate effectively in English for technical discussions.

Responsabilidades

Design and optimize manufacturing processes for existing and future products.
Drive cost-out initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Support shop floor operations by troubleshooting machining issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering changes.
Develop and maintain engineering documentation, CNC programs, CAD models, and standards.
