Under Armour in Madrid is seeking a Sales Associate for a fast-paced, customer-centric role. You will be the face of the brand, driving sales and delivering standout shopping experiences while maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing payments, and supporting omni-channel requests. A flexible schedule and strong communication skills are essential for success in this team-oriented environment.

Formación

• Age requirement: at least 16 years old; regional variations may apply.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods with or without accommodation.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices).

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Share knowledge about our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including POS and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote the rewards program to customers.
