Formación

• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Share product knowledge and passion with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively with the store team.
• Support promotions and loyalty programs to drive sales.
