Formación

• Strong customer service oriented approach.
• Ability to upsell by suggesting products and sizes.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to move around the floor and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and greetings.
• Assist customers by recommending apparel and footwear.
• Share product knowledge and brand stories with customers.
• Keep the store tidy, stocked, and organized.
• Operate front and back-of-store tasks including POS and payment processing.
• Support omni-channel requests and digital experiences for customers.
