Under Armour in Getafe, Madrid, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to create standout customer experiences, drive sales, and keep the store looking sharp. You’ll be the face of the brand and help shoppers with product selection and seamless checkout.

You’ll handle front-and-back of store duties, including POS, while delivering omni-channel service and staying flexible with scheduling. Join a fast-paced team and grow with the company.

Formación

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Can maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to bring out the best in customers.
• Share knowledge and love of our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.

• Fulfill omni-channel requests per UA process and policy.
• Fulfill scheduled hours as per attendance policy.
