Under Armour in Madrid is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, drive sales, and deliver standout customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role offers opportunities to grow with a global brand in a dynamic retail setting.

You will greet customers, recommend apparel and footwear, assist with omni-channel requests, stock and maintain the store, and collaborate with a team to meet daily goals.

Formación

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and use technology (computers, handheld devices).

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers during checkout.
• Recommend apparel and footwear to fit customer needs.
• Share product knowledge to educate customers.
• Stock, straighten and maintain the store appearance.
• Support front and back of store tasks, including point of sale and payments.
