Under Armour is seeking a Sales Associate in Spain to deliver outstanding customer service and drive store sales in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers, present product recommendations, and support both in-store and online experiences while maintaining store standards and appearance.

This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, enthusiasm for teamwork, and comfort with technology. Previous retail experience is a plus, and fluency in the local language is expected.

Formación

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including point of sale and payments.
• Deliver omni‑channel requests through digital experience.
