Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer for a 100% remote position in Spain. You will lead secure, cloud-native platform evolution, focusing on CI/CD, IaC, and Kubernetes on AWS, while promoting observability and strong governance.

Requirements include 5+ years in DevSecOps, 8+ years in DevOps, hands-on AWS/Kubernetes/GitHub experience, Terraform, Linux, Docker and English at C1 level. Nice‑to‑have: Dynatrace, Java, Python. Local benefits and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer.
• 8+ years as a DevOps Engineer.
• Proven hands‑on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub and Terraform.
• English at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of applications to standardized Cloud patterns.
• Drive migration from credential-based auth to IAM/IRSA.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Operate and support Kubernetes workloads on AWS EKS.
• Champion observability and SRE practices.
• Own the service catalog and enforce governance and documentation.

About The Project

You will join the GTB Tech Evolution platform team, supporting the design and operation of a secure, cloud-native infrastructure based on AWS and EKS. The role combines hands‑on CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Kubernetes work with leadership in onboarding applications to standardized cloud patterns and championing observability and SRE practices.

What we look for?

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead the secure, documentation‑first evolution of our cloud platform.

100% remote position in Spain

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of applications to our standardized Cloud patterns
• Drive the migration from credential‑based authentication to IAM/IRSA
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
• Operate and support Kubernetes workloads on AWS EKS
• Champion observability and SRE practices
• Own the service catalog and enforce strong governance and documentation standards
• Collaborate with platform, security, and product teams
