TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking passionate Player Support Specialists to join our Sofia-based operation. You’ll help players via tickets and chat, deliver a friendly, player-first experience, and work rotating 24/7 shifts. Relocation support is provided to help you move to Sofia.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and good command of English required.
• Empathy and understanding of a player's perspective essential.
• Gaming experience is a plus and can help relate to players.

Responsibilities

• Help players with issues via tickets and chat.
• Provide a player-first experience on a case-by-case basis.
• Identify trending issues and report bugs to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with a gaming-focused team to deliver a player-to-player support feel.
