Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills to join an international medical device company helping people with diabetes. You’ll support customers across phone, email and chat, delivering outstanding service.

The role starts on 23 November, with a 12-month contract and 40-hour weeks. Comprehensive health insurance, language classes, relocation support and training are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
• English at B1/B2 level.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.
