Teleperformance Spain is seeking Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our diverse team. You will support international travelers and accommodation partners worldwide, handling inquiries by phone and email and mediating between customers and providers.

Requirements include a valid disability certificate, C2 Spanish and B2 English, clear communication, Office 365 proficiency, and at least 6 months in customer-facing roles.

Formación

• Empathy and active listening to resolve inquiries
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication
• Comfortable using Office 365; ability to learn CRM and internal systems
• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role or equivalent training
• Validated disability certificate under Spanish law

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer inquiries related to services, payments and technical matters.
• Provide accurate information via phone and email.
• Act as mediator between customers and accommodation providers.
• Follow internal processes to ensure high-quality service.
