Factorial HR is seeking a Junior Onboarding Specialist for the Spanish Market to help new customers get up and running with our platform. You’ll ensure clients use Factorial to the fullest and collect feedback to adapt the product to client needs.

You’ll join a Customer Experience team focused on helping users achieve success, with opportunities to grow as the product and processes evolve. This entry-level role emphasizes proactive learning and strong communication.

Formación

• Spanish: native/proficient level required
• Fluent English (company language)

Responsabilidades

• Guide new clients in the Spanish market to success and help them complete initial setup.
• Answer setup questions via chat/ticketing and email to provide quick, effective support.
• Conduct friendly rescue calls to unblock client setups and keep progress moving.
• Work with AI tools and automation to anticipate client needs and improve onboarding.
• Keep CRM notes up to date to enable seamless handoffs to the team.
