Factorial is hiring a Junior Onboarding Specialist for Small Accounts in the DACH market. You’ll help new customers get up and running with Factorial, ensuring they use the platform to its fullest and gathering feedback.

You’ll guide new clients through setup, answer questions via chat, email or tickets, and collaborate with the team to unblock progress. German and English fluency are required; you’ll join our Customer Experience team in Barcelona.

Formación

• German language proficiency is required.
• Fluent English; English is the company language.
• Passionate about helping customers and delivering great experiences.
• Easy to communicate clearly by text, video or call.
• Fast learner who is curious about tech and AI tools.
• Organized, proactive and reliable in daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new clients to success in the DACH market and help them complete initial setup.
• Answer setup questions via chat, tickets and email to provide fast responses.
• Conduct friendly rescue calls to unblock client setups and keep progress moving forward.
• Learn and use AI tools and automation to anticipate client needs.
• Keep CRM notes up to date so the team can seamlessly support clients after onboarding.
