Job summary

Lexroom is looking for an Event Specialist to lead planning, coordination, and flawless execution of internal and external events at our Madrid HQ. You’ll manage from brief to post-event debrief, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in event operations, coordination, or project management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Passion for innovation, technology, and dynamic environments.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in Spanish (native) and English (C1+). Italian is a plus.
• Familiarity with event and webinar management tools and content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events end-to-end from brief to debrief with precision.
• Oversee internal events such as team events and company meetings.
• Coordinate external events like trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and activations.
• Define objectives and timelines in collaboration with leadership and marketing.
• Supervise suppliers and partners for logistics, catering, venue setup.
• Collaborate with communications to align event content and outreach.
• Manage networking and registration platforms to maximize engagement.
• Track performance and collect feedback to improve processes.
