Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced HR professionals who are native or fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics reflecting Spain's HR practices.

This remote, part-time role offers about 21 hours per week, with a pilot running from Oct 23 to Nov 19. Strong knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores and payroll is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security and Spanish payroll.
