Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) for AI training. This remote contract role runs from Oct 23 to Nov 19, with a commitment of 21 hours per week. You will train AI agents on HR tasks, design prompts, and create rubrics while collaborating with AI teams. Must have 5+ years HR experience and Spanish fluency.

The ideal candidate will hold a top Spanish university degree, be knowledgeable about Spanish payroll and labor law, and work independently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.

Responsabilités

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks in Human Resources.
• Build workspaces and files to simulate real HR environments.
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on HR practices in Spain.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy and relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
