Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced HR professionals who are native or fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks in Spain. Remote position with about 21 hours per week, paid hourly.

You will build workspaces, create files, write prompts, and develop grading rubrics based on real HR work in the Spanish context. The role requires HR experience, Spanish fluency, and a solid understanding of Spanish employment law and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security and Spanish payroll.

Responsibilities
