Mercor is seeking experienced HR professionals who are native or fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic tasks in Spain. This remote, part-time role focuses on building workspaces, writing prompts, and crafting grading rubrics based on real HR work in Spain.

You'll collaborate asynchronously for about 21 hours per week, with a pilot running from Oct 23 to Nov 19. Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll, Estatuto de los Trabajadores, and collective agreements is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent).
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security and Spanish payroll.
