Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced HR professionals who are native or fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic tasks in Spain. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real HR work in Spain.

Details: remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19. Experience in HR and knowledge of Spanish payroll and Estatuto de los Trabajadores are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security and Spanish payroll.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks.
• Create prompts, workspaces, files and grading rubrics reflecting Spain's HR practices.
