Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced HR professionals who are native or fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks in Spain. You will build workspaces, prepare files, write prompts, and develop rubrics based on real Spain HR practices.

The role is remote, about 21 hours per week, paid hourly, with a pilot running from Oct 23 to Nov 19. Fluency in Spanish and solid HR background are essential for success in this project.

Qualifications

• Experience in business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security and Spanish payroll.
