Office Collective in Cape Town is seeking a Spanish Customer Service Host for an on-site, full-time role with rotational 24/7 shifts. You will support Spanish-speaking customers via telephone, email and live chat, take ownership of inquiries and resolve issues while upholding quality standards in a fast-growing online gaming environment.

The role requires fluent Spanish and strong English, with prior customer service experience in iGaming or related sectors, and the ability to manage multiple

Formación

• Fluent or native-level Spanish with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in online gaming, iGaming, sports betting or online casino customer service.
• Understanding of player behaviour and customer journey in online gaming.
• Experience supporting customers via live chat, email and telephone.
• Ability to handle complaints professionally and take ownership.
• Attention to detail with handling customer, account and financial information.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Manage and resolve a variety of queries and complaints.
• Take full ownership of issues through to resolution.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts and promotions.
• Process customer information accurately across internal systems.
• Build positive relationships and identify opportunities to cross-sell.
• Handle multiple conversations while maintaining quality and speed.
