You’ll collaborate with global teams, stay updated on game updates, and help grow a welcoming gaming community while enjoying relocation assistance and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong command of English for professional collaboration.
• Genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and its ecosystem.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social media channels.
• Ensure an exceptional user experience by resolving game-related inquiries with accuracy and speed.
• Represent the company brand with enthusiasm and professionalism within the Gaming & Esports community.
• Stay updated on the latest game releases, patches, and competitive tournaments to better assist our player base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify emerging trends or technical issues within the gaming platform.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment for global gamers through empathetic communication.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve support workflows and documentation.
