Formación

• 5 to 10 years’ post‑qualification property/development experience in brokerage, development, investment, or property finance.
• Fluent English required for communication with international customers' HQ and regional offices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage sourcing, identifying, underwriting logistic projects in Spain.
• Maintain relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
• Deliver various reports for the Managing Director and Core Support.

Conocimientos

Strong knowledge of the Spanish industrial and logistics market

Commercial awareness and human relationship skills

Ability to identify and originate new business opportunities

Negotiation skills for legal processes

Understanding of real estate marketing strategies

Educación

Relevant undergraduate degree
