Edelman Spain is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our Madrid team. This hands-on role supports the Spain People team across onboarding, contracts, payroll liaison, and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate HR records and a high-quality employee experience.

Fluency in Spanish and English, strong organization and discretion are essential. The position offers a temporary contract via agency to cover paternity leave, with a hybrid work model (60% office, up to 40% remote) based

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in an HR department, multinational or professional services environment.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onboarding and offboarding, hires, terminations and internal changes.
• Coordinate with local HR administration and payroll partner.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
• Support application of the collective bargaining agreement and internal policies.
• Respond to employee queries with timely, accurate HR support.
• Coordinate leave, working time adaptations, and other lifecycle processes.
• Support interns and trainees; maintain HR records with confidentiality.
