Renrui Group is expanding its HR services in Spain, focusing on the frontline blue-collar workforce. The HR Manager will own Spain HR operations, ensure local compliance, and run payroll using Spanish systems, coordinating with China HQ and cross-border teams.

The role involves hands-on payroll, social security coordination, and day-to-day management of AV test safety officers in Spain, with no recruitment delivery duties.

Formación

• Experience managing blue-collar / frontline employees.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish employment compliance.
• HR background at a blue-collar / frontline-workforce employer.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR for frontline/blue-collar staff — attendance, scheduling, on-site issues.
• Handle Spain employment compliance (Workers' Statute, Social Security, IRPF, working time).
• Support onboarding, contracts, leave, and offboarding.
• Liaise with HQ and client teams.
