Freenow by Lyft in Spain seeks an Operations Growth Manager focused on Demand to own the local growth strategy in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid). You will work cross-functionally with Product, Pricing, Marketplace, Marketing and Local Operations to drive marketplace performance.

You will translate data into action, lead end-to-end growth projects, build business cases, and advise the General Manager on market opportunities. English and Spanish fluency required, travel about 20%.

Formación

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Consulting or Tech with end-to-end project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong analytical and execution-focused mindset with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own local growth strategy for Freenow by Lyft Spain, driving demand and marketplace performance.
• Lead end-to-end growth projects from assessment to execution and optimization.
• Partner with Product, Pricing, Marketplace, Marketing and Local Operations to adapt global strategies.
• Develop business cases and present executive recommendations for growth.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
