Freenow by Lyft in Spain is seeking an Operations Growth Manager focused on Demand to lead the local growth strategy and boost completed rides. You will act as the trusted advisor to the General Manager, shaping initiatives across product launches, partnerships, and marketplace experiments.

In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with Product, Pricing, Marketplace, Marketing, and Local Operations to translate insights into actions, manage end-to-end growth projects, and travel ~20%

Formación

• 4-5 years of experience in Operations, Consulting or Tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Hands-on, execution-focused with ability to deliver measurable impact.
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic skills.
• Proficient in data tools with Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, SQL (Python a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Own the local growth strategy for Freenow by Lyft Spain to boost demand and marketplace performance.
• Identify opportunities, evaluate new growth initiatives, and define go-to-market approaches.
• Develop business cases and executive recommendations to drive strategic decisions.
• Lead growth projects end-to-end from planning to execution and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketplace, Pricing, Marketing and Local Operations to adapt global strategies locally.
