Job summary

Finceptiv is seeking a Country Manager based in Spain to drive market growth, build strategic partnerships, and explore new business lines. You will actively seek opportunities, manage relationships with financial institutions, and expand revenue.

The role requires at least five years in finance, strong English, and the ability to grasp IT integrations and API concepts to explain and sell our solutions. Travel within Spain is expected and performance-driven results are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the financial sector.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• Ability to understand IT solutions, API concepts, and how to explain/sell them.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development with financial institutions, securing deals and identifying opportunities.
• Represent the Spanish market, engage with industry associations and attend conferences as needed.
• Travel to meet partners in Spain.
• Analyze and grow the Spanish market and optimize partner profitability.
• Coordinate with other departments and support monthly billing and pricing updates.
• Provide product feedback to the IT team.
