ManpowerGroup seeks an experienced Finance Controller to lead the accounting and finance function for a newly acquired Spanish subsidiary in Spain. You will align processes, reporting, and internal controls with Italian HQ while ensuring compliance with Spanish regulations.

The role focuses on post-acquisition integration, process standardization, and financial reporting excellence, reporting to the Spain CEO with functional reporting to Group CFO. Location is the Barcelona area, on-site only.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting or financial controlling.
• Experience in international/multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Fluency in Spanish and English or Italian.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage change in international settings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Harmonize local accounting policies with Group standards and controls.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish accounting, statutory, and tax requirements.
• Prepare Group reporting packages and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements and standardize finance procedures.
• Serve as main finance liaison between Spain and Italian HQ.
• Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and post-acquisition integration.
