Customs Support Group is expanding its presence in Spain and seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead post‑merger integration for its Spanish acquisitions. The role is remote‑based in Spain for 12 months with periodic travel to acquired sites.

You will coordinate HR, IT, operations and finance workstreams, report regularly to the Head of Strategy and Integration Office, and ensure alignment with Group standards while delivering value quickly and preserving operational continuity.

Formación

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with post-merger integration or business transformation.
• Experience in a remote setup with distributed teams.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of post-merger integration projects for Spain acquisitions.
• Identify and manage interdependencies between HR, IT, Operations, Finance and Commercial workstreams.
• Act as primary integration contact for Spain and report to senior leadership.
• Drive alignment between acquired entities and Group standards and systems.
• Facilitate structured workshops, decision checkpoints, and lessons‑learned reviews.
• Support development of integration playbooks for future acquisitions in Spain and beyond.
