Job summary

Waymo LLC is seeking an Emergency Services Liaison in a hybrid role reporting to the Head of Enterprise Resilience. You will manage relationships with Spanish emergency services, establish high-level contacts, and design ambassador programs to align with Waymo's safety mission.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in Spanish emergency services, knowledge of GDPR and emergency protocols, and strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English. Leadership in scale environments is valued.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of service in Spanish emergency services.
• Knowledge of Spanish legal frameworks (GDPR, Deber de Socorro, Atestado Policial).
• Experience building relationships with Emergency Services such as SAMUR-PC and Policía Local.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
• Leadership experience in Spain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for Emergency Services relationships and outreach in Spain.
• Establish and maintain contact with Emergency Services at management and executive levels.
• Design, present, and certify Emergency Services Ambassadors and stakeholders.
• Provide oversight to Emergency Services familiarization teams and act as source of truth for questions.
• Represent Waymo at Emergency Services events and safety panels.
• Develop internal guidance and policy on emergency management and expectations.
