Spiko seeks a Country Manager for Spain to lead our public presence, partnerships, and market development. You will drive visibility and growth, coordinating with local teams to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and a strong brand voice in Spain.

The role requires 8+ years in business development or market-facing roles, a robust Spanish network, and the ability to travel. You will report to the General Manager France, Benelux, and Southern Europe.

Formación

• 8+ years in BD/partnerships or a market-facing role in tier 1 startups.
• Strong network in the Spanish startup/fintech/finance ecosystem.
• Able to build a local presence from scratch and drive market development.
• Native Spanish, fluent English with excellent communication.
• Willingness to travel across Spain and to Paris.

Responsabilidades

• Public representation: be Spiko's voice in Spain across media and events.
• Events strategy: identify key events, attend, and convert presence into pipeline.
• Lead generation: convert partnerships and visibility into qualified leads for the Spanish Account Executives.
• Partnerships: build and nurture a network of local partners (CA, CFOs, VCs).
• Local visibility: increase Spiko's Spain presence through content and relationships.
• Ecosystem intelligence: map the market and feed insights to GTM and product teams.
• Reporting & insights: track leads, events, and pipeline; report to GM France - Benelux - Southern Europe.
