Midea is seeking a hands-on operations professional to manage and optimize spare parts warehouse operations in Spain. You will connect global branches, after-sales teams and logistics partners to ensure parts availability, accurate orders and efficient supply chain performance across the region.

Responsibilities include planning, order management, warehouse workflow standardization, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven optimization to reduce stock and improve service levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade, business administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in spare parts operation, global warehouse management, cross-border order operations or after-sales supply chain.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Fluent in written and spoken English for independent global business communication.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and drive overseas spare parts operation plans, decompose targets into milestones and track execution.
• Own end-to-end spare parts order processing, inventory allocation, picking/packing, and delivery tracking.
• Standardize warehouse workflows and maintain accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with global overseas branches and after-sales teams to resolve bottlenecks and escalations.
• Leverage data on inventory, demand and trends to optimize replenishment and cost efficiency.
