Midea Group is seeking a hands-on operations professional to manage and optimize spare parts warehouse operations in Spain. You will connect global branches, after-sales teams and logistics partners to ensure parts availability, order accuracy, and supply chain efficiency across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields.
• 4+ years of professional experience in spare parts operation, global warehouse management, cross-border order operations or after-sales supply chain.
• Solid understanding of cross-border spare parts end-to-end supply chain and warehouse operation mechanisms.
• Data analysis and forecasting capabilities to support inventory optimization.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Familiar with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and financial risk control.
• Fluent in written and spoken English for independent global business communication and alignment.
• Cross-functional and cross-department collaboration skills to align internal teams, overseas factories and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Drive monthly and annual overseas spare parts operation plans; decompose targets into milestones and track execution.
• Own end-to-end spare parts order processing, inventory allocation, picking/packing coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Standardize warehouse workflows to ensure accurate, on-time, complete order delivery with closed-loop control.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Act as primary operational contact for global overseas branches and escalations; collaborate with after-sales teams to resolve bottlenecks.
