Xiaomi Technology based in Spain seeks a Delivery Operations Lead for large home appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines and air-conditioners. You will oversee end-to-end logistics, plan capacity, manage vendor performance and drive regional improvements across Spain.

Responsibilities include project delivery, warehouse launches and cross-functional collaboration with planning, procurement and headquarters to ensure reliable service and cost efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, supply chain or delivery operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of local Spain logistics (customs clearance, warehousing, distribution).
• Strong data analysis, vendor management and project execution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for large home appliances.
• Monitor regional performance, optimize warehousing and distribution.
• Lead projects such as new warehouse launches and innovative logistics models.
• Collaborate with GTM, planning, procurement and HQ to ensure smooth roll-out.
