Xiaomi Technology based in Spain seeks a Delivery Operations Lead for large home appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines and air-conditioners. You will oversee end-to-end logistics, plan capacity, manage vendor performance and drive regional improvements across Spain.

Responsibilities include project delivery, warehouse launches and cross-functional collaboration with planning, procurement and headquarters to ensure reliable service and cost efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, supply chain or delivery operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of local Spain logistics (customs clearance, warehousing, distribution).
• Strong data analysis, vendor management and project execution skills.

Based in Spain, lead delivery operations for large home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines and air‑conditioners. Continuously upgrade warehousing, transportation and last‑mile delivery capabilities for large home appliances, to support volume growth of white goods.

Job Responsibilities:

Special‑project Management for Large Home Appliance Delivery:

• Oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations for white goods, covering local customs clearance, warehousing and distribution. Monitor country‑level operational performance and key issues, ensuring stable and efficient regional logistics performance.

Logistics Resource Planning & Optimization

• Leverage business forecasts, PSI data and inventory status to plan warehouse capacity, transport capacity and logistics resources across Spain. Proactively identify capacity and fulfillment risks, drive continuous optimization of warehouse network, transport setup and resource allocation to fuel business growth.
• Manage day‑to‑day performance of Spanish logistics vendors together with KPI/SLA governance, and drive continuous service improvement. Conduct cross‑category logistics cost analysis, identify cost‑saving & efficiency‑gain opportunities, and deliver related improvement initiatives.
• Own or support regional projects including new warehouse launches, innovative logistics models, logistics procurement and key product categories. Collaborate with GTM, planning, procurement, regional delivery and headquarters teams to ensure project roll‑out and closure of major operational incidents.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain or delivery operations. Experience with large home‑appliance / bulky‑item logistics or consumer electronics is a plus.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Spanish local logistics (customs clearance, warehousing, distribution). Prior large home‑appliance logistics experience preferred.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis, logistics vendor management, cost control and project execution.
• Excellent cross‑functional & cross‑country communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
