Dandy is seeking a Business Development Manager to hire, coach, and scale our BDR team for hypergrowth. You will own team performance, forecasting, and pipeline generation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our go-to-market strategy.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will navigate a fast-paced startup environment, driving rep development, quota attainment, and data-informed decisions. This is a full-time role with travel expectations.

Qualifications

4+ years in sales within a high-growth startup.
At least 2 years leading teams of five or more reps.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
Experience with B2B SaaS tools and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Build a metrics-driven, customer-obsessed team exceeding quota.
Refine process improvements to boost conversion rates.
Optimize outreach strategy and pipeline generation playbook.
Mentor and coach team; conduct weekly one-on-ones.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize lead generation.
Forecast monthly and quarterly quota attainment and targets.
Contribute ideas to accelerate market growth and maintain accountability culture.
Travel up to 25% including to the USA.
